Held on April 11, 2009 started on 6 pm the Spring Sparkling Concert was begun.
The event was held by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the sponsorship from Telecom & Korea National Tourism Organization.
The event was packed with great celebrities such as : Big Bang, FT island, SG Wannabe, and ShinHyesung.
The 2nd day of the event will be featured : DBSK, SHInee, Lee Minwoo, Lee Jihoon on April 12, 2009.
